Thank you for shopping with us! We appreciate that you’re looking to buy the cool stuff we love to build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our furniture.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at My secret corners. By placing an order or making a purchase at My secret corners,  you agree to the terms set forth below along with My secret corners’s policies and Terms of Use.

Guarantee of Damages During Delivery:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. In the event of any of the following issues, we will replace the item or process a return if the problem cannot be resolved:

  • Your product was damaged during delivery to your home.
  • The item or material used in the product is under warranty.

Return Instructions: Please adhere to all return instructions sent to your registered email address. All returns must be coordinated through Customer Service and return it in 7 days after the received date. Do not return or post items without obtaining instructions from us first. Unidentified returns may not be accepted. 

No Change of Mind Policy:

At My Secret Corner, we are committed to providing high-quality, customized furniture and products tailored to our customers' needs. Due to the nature of our offerings, which often involve pre-orders, bespoke customizations, and limited-time discount items, we have established a No Change of Mind Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers.

 

Custom and Pre-Ordered Products:
Many of our products are made to order or involve specific customizations requested by the customer. As these items are ordered specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to a change of mind once production has commenced or the order has been confirmed.

Discounted and Sale Items:
All discounted and sale items are final and not eligible for return, refund. Please ensure you carefully review all product details before completing your purchase.

Order Accuracy:
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and customization details prior to placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer support team is available to assist you.

If cancellation is requested before the factory begins production or before the order is delivered to our oversea warehouse, a 20% processing fee will apply.

Cancellation fees may apply if a customer places duplicate orders by mistake, causes the cancellation, or declines to proceed with the order due to the agreed-upon delivery timeframe not aligning with their availability. Customers will be responsible for any applicable cancellation fees.
